Incorporating my personal training journey and experiences, I have discovered a profound sense of enjoyment in helping people improve their lives. My journey into the realm of fitness began after a near-fatal car accident left me with immobilization on the right side of my body and cognitive issues. After months of grieving and thinking this was the new normal, the beginning of my life-changing journey began. Through trials and tribulations in the gym and rehabilitation, I found belief in myself and in the fitness journey to persevere. While still balancing rehabilitation, I still had to find the time to manage a full-time job and schooling. 

Through years of experience both in healthcare and being involved in the gym, I have witnessed how fitness in any regard can change the perception, motivation, and one’s intrinsic beliefs, positively. It's not just about physical transformation; it's about boosting confidence, enhancing mental clarity, and fostering a holistic sense of well-being. Working with clients who struggle with body image or mental health drives my passion further because, unlike other personal trainers, I get it. It is not easy. Sometimes with finally getting one step forward, you end up three steps back. But, that is actually the beauty of the process and that is what makes this journey that much more rewarding! Due to my own personal experiences personally and professionally, I've honed my ability to listen, adapt, and create a space where you are heard and never judged for what you think or feel.
